Ingress/Egress Signage: Non-median bound, access to major and minor arteries

Site Visibility: High

Street Speed: 35-40 mph (ideal)

Signage: High rise and reader-board signs preferred. Monument sign acceptable for a strong site.

For our international franchise opportunities, we are seeking well capitalized individuals or companies with a successful track record in multi-unit food service and or retail operations. We are offering limited exclusive development rights to designated countries or territories to qualified parties that can commit to a minimum development of 5 locations over a 5 year period. We expect our franchisees to live and work in the territories they will develop and have an existing infrastructure to leverage along with the local knowledge of real estate, government regulations and labor laws. We are currently not offering any sub-franchising opportunities and expect our franchisees to own and operate the restaurants.
