Vendor Relationships: We’ve worked hard to build relationships that pass the savings on to our customers and our franchisees. Instantly plug into discounts on products and machines.
Financing: We will connect you with machine providers with financing options, meaning you can jump into Shade & Louver right away and begin making money with lower upfront costs!
Mortgage Model: One of your strongest streams of revenue as a Shade & Louver franchisee will be through our unique mortgage programs. We work directly with builders and our costs roll into the customers’ mortgage, creating consistent passive cash flow.

We are seeking franchisees to partner with us who have the following qualities:
Operational Support: We will provide ongoing training and support in many areas, including unit operations, maintenance, customer-service techniques, product ordering, pricing guidelines, profitability analysis, and administrative procedures.
Marketing Support: Shade & Louver utilize targeted marketing practices to drive traffic to your store and build a brand image that is recognizable and trusted. Marketing campaigns are also offered by our supply partners on an ongoing basis that provide Shade & Louver franchises with exclusive promotions and store traffic. You will also have a web presence synced into our main website that enables clients to view your work and schedule appointments in your showroom.
Ongoing Research and Development: Your access to extensive market research, real-time sales analysis, and established connections puts you at the forefront of design in the industry and ensures that you will be apprised of the latest trends in window fashions.
Developmental Support: Shade & Louver fabrication professionals will work with you to secure the location and design the layout of your location’s fabrication facility. We will assist you with a design for your location that maximizes output with our internally developed lean manufacturing process.
Showroom Design: With our designer pallets and seasoned experience from our original showroom, we will work with you to design a truly memorable space that will keep your clients coming back for years to come.
Streamlined Software: Enjoy dovetailed automated services that have been designed to cater to your business and cut down on data entry.
Franchise Fee: $45,000
Estimated Minimum Initial Investment: $148K (with franchise fee)
Royalty Fee: 6% of Gross Sales
